Care Tinto Sobre Lías
Varieties: 75% Grenache – 25% Syrah
Making: A pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for 6 days at a temperature of 10ºC. The fermentation temperature was allowed to reach 26°C. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains macerated with the skins for 15 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in tanks.
Crianza: Aged 2 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting note: Intense black cherry colour with layers of violet tones resulting in a wine with an attractive appearance. Complex nose with fragrant and ripe red and black fruit. On the palate the wines shows powerful fruit, which is perfectly balanced, full and intense. Long finish.
Consumption temperature: Serve at a temperature between 14-16°C.
