Varieties: Merlot 30% – Tempranillo 70%
Making: A pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for 6 days at a temperature of 10ºC. The fermentation temperature was allowed to reach 26°C. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains macerated with the skins for 15 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in tanks.
Crianza: Aged 8 months in American oak barrels, native to the forests of Kentucky.
Nota de cata: The wine displays an attractive red cherry colour with purple hints and layers. Clean and intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with spicy notes from the crianza, and mineral hints. Rich and powerful on the palate, tasting again fruity and oaky flavours perfectly integrated. Its tannins are silky and of quality. On the finish the wine is long, persistent and fruit driven.
Consumption temperature: Serve at a temperature between 16-18°C.
